Enhance/Enchants Rates Lowered???|Curse those 15s! We can do it with 10s!

When I said I failed +4/+5s 8 times in a row with +6's failing 12 times in a row, I wasn't joking.
This is only a partial SS because it wouldn't fit on my screen.  +4s failing 3 times in a row, +5 failing 3 times in a row.
Possibly during the last maintenance Nexon MAY have lowered the rates, although I cannot and will not backup evidence for this claim, due to my insane 2.1bil lost experience this week, this is the best I can show you all.  A majority of players have also been losing weapons due to insanely low rates, i.e GM ally of another guild blew 14s on a twinkling.


Curse those +15, 16k/17k/18k ATT people! We can do it with +10's and 13k ATT!
