Is That A Horrible Banner Or What?

5 minutes.  That's it.

Hi everyone, this is another personal note from Zokku.

After a few months of waiting for S2 and Vella, the release has not quite reached my expectations.  However, Vic and I have been discussing plans for the guild and it's in our best interest that we finally relieve ourselves from Isolation Mode.  As you know, Isolation Mode was no recruiting, no events, no raids, and L*tarded Zokku for about a few months.  This process was used to filter out members for those who liked the guild for the people and for those who just liked it for whatever reasons.  Our main goal in this plan was to keep members who would still stay by our sides even though the guild would fall into probably one of its deepest recessions (Hah, get it?).  In other words, WeTheProud is changing its interface-ial name from a Guild to a Team.

Guild Changelog/Plans for S2:
1. Recruiting system is changed.  Players will no longer be accepted through friends/connections/recruition(Shotgun approach)/guild thread.  Instead, players will only be accepted through Interviews and Tests of "Decent" Skill.  More information on this later.
2. We decided to limit the recruitment of people to 1 per 1-3 weeks.  The reason behind this is to make sure our guild stays as a close knit community that doesn't turn out into some huge explosive and scattered cliche mess (Ex. T-*Cough*).  There will be exceptions to this.
3. As the new guild slot limit is 200, it's unfortunate for us to say that we'll have to start calculating Activity times for people.  This means, Alts to some extent will not be accepted into the guild, and it's part of your responsibility to make sure you're active enough to stay in the guild.  (Remember, this is just another small conduct in order to make sure we don't have 3 month old players that are level 10).
4. Guild Expansions and Chests are completely useless.  I already took into account of what these features may include, but they're absolutely useless.  Don't bother wasting your time.
5. As we no longer have dedicated raids or events, we're going to try to keep the team together by having 1 favorite activity that everyone can participate in.  This activity is unknown for now because our main source of "guild related" activities were Raids.  However, Raids have become stale and its in our best interest to include something different such as "Guild PVP", which is coming up in the next patch.
6. Admins.  VictoriqueDB is the only admin that players can refer to for now.  Bulldogg and Ohashi don't have time anymore, so they're going to have be relieved from their duties.  Ikame is still on and off, so you may refer to her whenever she is available.
7. Zokku.  The reason why I've been acting extremely childish and like a complete retard was to test the community's feedback from a leader's perspective.  I'm extremely glad to find out that members weren't affected (to some extent) by my behavior, and this has shown me proof that I don't have to layout rules or policies.

Website Changes:
1. We're going to drop Dolby Axon.  It's too inconvenient.
2. We're still going to keep Steam, but it won't be as prominent to members' communication methods.
3. We're restoring Scribblar.
4. Blogspot is restored too, I'll be posting more often.

Personal Review of S2:
TLDR: Honestly, S2 isn't quite what I expected it to be.  In fact, it's a bit repetitive in my tastes because it's all about killing new monsters, hoping for impossible drops, and then making equipment that isn't exactly the best looking (Avenging Blades, LOL).
So I raise my question to Nexon and to the Team, what path does Vindictus have from here?  From this moment on, it seems that the only route for Vindictus is casual play, just as how we've been casually playing on/off throughout the years.  It's a sad story to tell, but nevertheless, casual player is better than ladder anxiety.

Future Updates:
1. Open World.  Vindictus Devs have begun Open World development, where players can fight (PVP) and kill some monsters in Town.  This sounds a bit inconvenient, since we still have map changes.
2. AP Reversal Weapon.  This is only a rumor or terrible translation, but the devs log announced that
players will be able to restore their broken weapon such as going from +12-13 by sacrificing an ENORMOUS amount of AP.  Probably sacrifice about 3-5 Rank 6 Skills.

    1. Old members will not be required for this testing/interview. This only applies for new incoming members. Is this Kristina?
